Tim has worked for over 25 years at the Plymouth Marine Laboratory, primarily researching the intersection of light with marine systems. He has been particularly focused on the issue of artificial light pollution in the marine environment for the past 7 years and was lead author of the Global ALAN under the Sea atlas.
